Background and Medical Training
Dr. Elena Ocher’s journey in medicine began at the prestigious Pavlov First St. Petersburg Medical Academy, where she graduated as a General Surgeon. Her postgraduate training included neurosurgery at the Burdenko Institute of Neurosurgery followed by further specialization at The Queen’s University Hospital in Northern Ireland.
After moving to New York, Dr. Ocher completed her training in Anesthesiology and Pain Management at Montefiore Medical Center University Hospital of Albert Einstein Medical School, where she was honored with an Award of Excellence in Cardiothoracic Anesthesia.
